Grump

I don't know why this face came into my head... I think he is somewhat like the Mad Hatter from Batman, but I had no intention of drawing him. I just had this little egg head of a man with a top hat on his head wander into my thoughts... So I drew him.
For those of you who know, I imagine him to be wearing a New Horizons Blue Shirt. Just saying.
